Return Policy

Jewelry marked as returnable can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date. The return costs are at your own expense.

Here's how to return your order:

1. The jewelry must be returned in the same condition (unworn) as it was sent.
2. Contact our customer care at the e-mail address: info@maziya.eu. They will process your return. Please include your order number so that we can assist you as best as possible.
3. It's important to carefully check the return form received from customer care and send it back along with the jewelry. Otherwise, we regret that we cannot process your return.
4. The jewelry must be sent to the correct address, as indicated on the return form. If sent to a different address, the package is considered lost, and responsibility lies with the customer.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation once we have received and processed your return. The entire return process takes a maximum of 20 working days (depending on busy periods and your return type).

With any kind of damage such as: breaking the chain, wear off the plating, stone that fell out or any other situation, we look at how to proceed on a situation-by-situation basis. No rights can be granted to previous situations or texts read. Only after confirmation from Customer Care can rights be lent to the statement regarding the (incurred) damage.
